Firstly, the front desk staff was so helpful with touring and dining suggestions tailored for us, which led to a fantastic view of Santa Fe...including suggestions for my 20 year old's photography! The breakfast was delicious and dining servers very prompt and highly personable. â
âThe Drury Santa Fe hotel is ideally located, right downtown, and the staff is gracious and helpful. The free breakfast and Kickback suppers are tasty although I wish they would offer whole grain and not just white bread. Beds are very comfortable. I love the rooftop pool and hot tub.Closet and drawer space somewhat limited for two people.â

âWe can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! â
âThis was a vacation within the vacation! What a lovely spot and every bit of it is comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. I could easily have spent days just sitting in all the various garden spaces. The bed was luxurious and comfortable and there was plenty of good coffee available in the room. Easy walk to the plaza too. We tried the brunch one day and it was delicious. This will be my place to stay in Santa Fe from now on.â
âAmazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! It was the best ever!!! â
âThe service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. â
