Hotell nära New Orleans City Hall

"Började med incheckningen som var en katastrof. Lång kö, tog nästan två timmar innan vi fick vårt rum. Personal vid incheckning otrevliga, den som verkade vara senior, direkt oförskämd. Bedrövliga rum, lyhört smutsiga golv och ingen frukost. Enda positiva centralt läge."

"Great and nice security people. Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person. Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order. Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

"A rather cheap hotel and the standard was not more than you could expect. The ice machine on our floor was broken the entire week. Our dresser was missing a handle and there was black mould in the shower. To mention a couple of “let downs”. Most of the women in the reception were helpful when we had any questions. The breakfast was very typically American hotel breakfast at least from a European perspective. Some mornings certain things were missing when we got there and almost never did they bring out more. The hotel had daily cleaning of the room but it was not much they did. The floor was really dirty the entire week. I’m not sure if the changed the sheets even once in the week we stayed there. At least they swapped the towels, made the bed and refilled the coffee. The location was good. It was close to the WWII museum, the Riverwalk and the cruise terminal and we got some nice excercis walking to the French Quarter. 🙂 Overall I would say it was an okay stay but absolutely nothing over the ordinary. "

"Centralt hotell med behagligt gångavstånd till Canalstreet och French quarters. Fräscht rum. Vi åt frukost på hotellet en morgon och tyckte att portionerna av äggröra och bacon var små samt att kaffet serverades i pappmuggar. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen."
