We booked for 3 nights and we couldn’t stay one night due to the place being dirty beyond just taking a broom to the place. The bed had multiple hairs and stains on and in the comforter. The bed frame had dust dandruff hairs all on the felt bed frame, the walls were dirty the shower dirty and the toilet was dirty as well. We asked for a refund but was denied and was told we should have said something so they can fix it but after traveling almost 1,000 miles we just wanted to lay our heads down somewhere safe and clean. Contacted customer service and I couldn’t get my money back from them either.

The owner was responsive and courteous. One block down to trolley (Canal). Restaurant on corner served a great Sunday morning breakfast. Our son and his family stayed in front full unit, and we were in the smaller back unit. Very convenient—nicely furnished and clean. My husband uses a walker, and although tricky getting to the back entrance with the walker, we were able to navigate safely with the help of our son and grandson. It was perfect for two. Coffeepot was nice (we read reviews and bought our own coffee). Mugs were furnished. The small refrigerator kept our drinks and medications cool and top freezer worked very well. Double sinks and double walk in shower. Hand towels would be a nice addition—we brought our own shampoo and body wash, as none were furnished. If you know ahead you can plan! We loved it and hope to be back soon. Thank you, Wyatt.

Solo trip

This rental was the perfect place to enjoy all the activities over the weekend! Perfect for couples or solo travelers like myself. Looked just like the pictures. The patio was great for a nightcap after the days activities. The owner was very kind and made the check in/check out process smooth.

Eigentlich nettes kleines Appartement

Eigentlich ein nettes kleines Appartement mit gutem Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Leider war es nicht besonders gepflegt & sauber ( Kühlschrank z.B.nicht gereinigt)die Matratze schon sehr durchgelegen. Es gab in der kleinen Küche nur 2 Tassen , aber keine Teller & kein Besteck um sich mal ein Brot zu schmieren. Im Garten lag Müll rum. Türcode & Wifi Code erst auf Anforderung erhalten . Haben wir bei unseren anderen Aufenthalten anders kennengelernt. Spätestens 1 Tag vorher nette Begrüßung mit Check in Daten . Aber wir durften vorher einchecken.

Beautiful comfortable and & quiet!

Almost perfect. There was even a private covered porch for morning coffee. Beautiful bathroom, mini frige, coffee maker. Bring your own coffee pods and perhaps some paper cups. The space is great, but there is no place to hang clothing or damp towels. There is only one chair inside, but two on porch.Very short walk to trolley!!!!! We took a bus from airport…short walk street car stop. Loved not having to rent a car!!!!!

Would definitely stay again!

I honestly love this space. I came alone and it was the perfect size for me, myself and I lol. I was honestly surprised by how quiet the area was so sleeping at night wasn’t hard at all. One of the standout amenities for me was the gorgeous shower.You can tell that a lot of thought went into it. Bed was pretty comfortable as well. My minor complaints were that in the description it says there is a washer/ dryer but I didn’t see them available. Also the neighborhood is pretty crowded so it’s sometimes hard to find parking. But other than that I throughly enjoyed my stay!

Trying to get there

Stay was ok. We had to sweep the floors, there was no hand towels, a/c kept throwing lint on the floor, no closet to hang clothes, no hand soap, went to go buy our own. If all you wanna do is shower and sleep, itworkd.

Great little room!

Easy communication with management/owner. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Spacious shower with double sink in bathroom. Only approximately 10 minutes away from French quarter via trolley. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again in future.

No frills, but just fine

Nothing fancy about this place, but the price is right and it gets the job done. They don’t tell you that you have to pass through a dark uneven path along the side of the house to gain access to the vrbo, there are no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, no coffee or sweeteners, and no place to put your clothes. The bed is not great either. Despite those things, it is clean, the bathroom is fresh and new, and the heating and lighting are adequate. We got pretty much what we expected for the price. The owner was pleasant and responsive when we interacted.

Nice Place! DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING HERE!

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, close to the Steet Car, gas stations, convenience & liquor stores. The mattress needs to be replaced and there is nowhere to put your clothes. Communication was great, except for when I asked if I could ship a package to myself! We flew in for Essence on Spirit with a personal item only, and couldn't take everything we needed for the stay with us. I didn't get a response and we had to leave so I shipped the package USPS Priority (2 Day from my own USPS account with all of my info, business info and debit card info) using the check-in email. I was notified the package was delivered at 12:36pm or so, but when I got back to the room, package was not there. The neighbor picked it up, called the owner who came to get said package and didn't notify me! After several text messages, phone calls, and VRBO customer support, finally, he brought the box over! He informs me that he doesn't receive any mail at this location, and he didn't know WHAT I was shipping! It could be drugs! At this age, I'm not trying to start a life of crime, NOR bring sand to the beach! He could've let me know he got the package and had me go to the police station to pick it up if that was the case! Not drive around with our stuff!
