Annual New Orleans Trip

We have stayed at this property the last 2 years. The neighbors are friendly and the location is close to everything. The upgrades from last year were noticeable-like the upgrade to one of the bathrooms and the coffee bar. My mom really loved that. Any issue I had Rochelle was quick to respond. We definitely will be staying here again. The only complaint I have is the rug in the living room had trash on it. Still rate this property 5/5.

Girl's just want to have fun!!

This home was the perfect spot to host my girlfriends for the weekend. The property was very spacious and was stocked with plenty of towels. I only wish that we had access to a broom to keep the floor tidy! The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. I would definitely book again!!

Excellent host. Clearly defined check in and out. Very accommodating with delivery before checkin. Problem with garage. Communicated well to resolution following morning. Great location - minutes from attractions ie French Quarter, Bourbon etc.

MidCity Home

Overall we had an excellent experience. The only problem we had was the garage keypad did not work. Plenty of room for all who stayed and for those we picked up from the airport to hang until game time. I highly recommend this property

Great option for family gathering

Great property. Listing is as shown in the pictures. Enough space for adults and kids, perfect for family gathering. Check in and check out were seamless. Really appreciated that nothing was required as far as leaving the property—very nice touch!

Krewe Birthday Trip

We came to celebrate a birthday. Some of our friends first time ever visiting the Big Easy. It did not disappoint. The house was amazing, conveniently located, and the property manager was easily accessible for any questions.

Nice!

We enjoyed our stay! Very much appreciated the starter supplies in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. The a/c was powerful throughout the house; the cool air felt fantastic after spending the days in 97° outdoor heat. House was nicely decorated. Bedrooms would have benefitted from a nightstand - no place but the floor for watches, phones, chargers, etc. We cooked dinner at the house nearly every night - hard to do for a family of seven adults when the right front stove burner wouldn’t light and only two small fry pans/sauce pans with which to cook. A house that sleeps so many should have a large skillet, Dutch oven, sauce pan, etc. for adequate large meal preparation. Nice accommodations overall (cleaning service fee for a service that does all the cleaning, making checkout a breeze, is a major plus for this property) but we felt that for a large group, this house is best suited for those who will dine out/order take out.

Great House and Great Service

This was one of the best short-term rentals I have ever stayed in. The home was clean and well stocked with the necessities. I ended up in one of the bunk bed rooms and was pleasantly surprised that it was a queen size. The garage being available was also a plus. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great for groups

The house was very clean, cute, and spacious for our group. 10 minute Uber rides to the French quarter. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. The only complaint is the broken outdoor furniture and front door knob. The neighborhood also felt a little sketchy at moments but was quiet most of the time. Overall, it was a great stay.
