Huatoki Hideaway - peaceful central location

Summary:
Close to the city centre, but tucked away in a quiet green valley with the Huatoki stream at the bottom of the garden, is our much-loved Huatoki Hideaway - full of character and sunshine.

The Space:
Uniquely situated next to the Huatoki Stream, this comfortable quite house is perfect for couples, families or small groups of up to eight - with a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a new washing machine & dryer in a separate laundry. There is unlimited Wi-Fi and a desk for those who are also working. Up to three cars can park in the driveway.

The open-plan lounge and kitchen has big windows overlooking the garden and a ranch slider to the deck. The kitchen has gas cooking and an oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. It’s a great place to cook and spend time with friends and family.

There are three spacious bedrooms - two have queen beds and the third bedroom has two king-singles, ideal for adults or children. The beds and pillows are all excellent quality for a great night's sleep. There is also a fold-out couch in the lounge if an extra bed is needed. The bathroom has gas hot water and a great shower.

The lounge has a wall-mounted TV and a heat pump/air conditioner. There are also heaters for each bedroom for cool nights, along with electric blankets on the queen beds.

For families, there is a highchair (at no extra cost), baby bath, some toys - and a slide with lots of space to run around in the garden, next to the Huatoki stream.

On the other side of the stream is the Huatoki Walkway which you can take all the way into the city centre, or half-way along you can head towards Pukekura Park - making it easy to get to concerts or events.

To Note: The Huatoki stream is unfenced so children should be supervised at all times.

Please note: A linen and cleaning charge of $260 applies and is not included in the rental rate and this will be charged separately.
Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
