This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking. Most importantly, the private oceanfront balcony for this unit may be completely inaccessible or blocked during portions of your stay.

Important Notice: Adults-Only Property This property is strictly adults-only and not suitable for children. Due to safety concerns and property regulations, children and babies [under age, e.g., 18] are not permitted at any time. Enjoy your time at beautiful Hacienda del Sol II with all the comforts you need on the beach. This 2 bedroom oceanfront unit sleeps 4. Everything you need (except a washer and dryer in the unit) is here. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. This unit is not ideal for small children.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
