Mariner's Cove getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Dream condo! It was as advertised, & very nicely appointed! Checking in went smoothly, & communication with the owner was good! Other residents in the complex were very friendly & helpful, too! We would love to come back again...soon! 😀

Just Right

We recently came to New Smyrna for a funeral of a family friend. We selected this unit for it's convenience and access to everywhere we needed to be. The location turned out to be even more perfect since we could walk across the street to the beach in the evenings to enjoy the salt air and waves. The unit is a a big one-room studio with a full kitchen that is well-appointed for cooking meals. It was very clean with nearly everything appearing to be new or upgraded. Being on the lower level, we stayed very cool just running the A/C at 75 degrees - even in the humidity and 90 degree temperatures that loomed outside. Their is also a nice outdoor pool that is also well-kept. The neighbors were friendly and a 7-11 was just on the next corner for ice and junk food.

Adorable, cozy, space with all one needs to enjoy the beautiful beach, wonderful restaurants and above all relax. Condo was in a great location, quiet and immaculately clean. Pool area was well appointed and perfect. Would love to come back and spend more time there.

Thank you for sharing your place with me as I visited my son at ERAU. It was very clean and a cute studio condo. Very quite at night and convenient get away to the beach. I enjoyed the pool. I liked how the laundry room was air conditioned and Clean Pay Mobile app made it easier then using coins.

Mariners Revisited

The property was in nice clean condition. My parking space was the other side of the apartment which meant you had to first unlock your front door at the back of the condo, go in and open the sliding doors out to you assigned parking space. Then drive around to your parking space to unload your cases through the sliding door. All the parking space by my front door were blue badge invalid spaces

Great trip to NSB!

Outstanding property with everything you could possibly need for a tip to the beach. The condo is completely updated in every way and spotless, just as shown in the listing. Location is perfect and the overall complex was very well maintained. Melissa's communication was great. We will definitely stay here again if we make another trip to NSB. Wonderful stay. Kitchen had all the tools required beautiful, clean,modern space. Walk to the beach 7/11 next store was handy for ice lots of places to walk to.Melanie and hubby were fantastic. So helpful and keep the whole complex spotless. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area
