Beachfront Condo, amazing views and best location in New Smyrna Beach!

Relax on the large balcony while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the stunning white sands of New Smyrna Beach. This spacious 3rd floor condo was recently renovated and features 2 bedrooms/2 full baths. The master bedroom has a California king size bed with ensuite bathroom and has direct access to the patio with an amazing view of the beach. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full guest bathroom. The open concept kitchen, dining room and living area provides great views of the pool and beach. Our condo features cable television and high speed WIFI internet access. There are laundry facilities available on each floor. A one car garage space and private parking area is provided with the condo. Enjoy the private heated pool, shuffle-board court, or patio located in view of the beach. Our Golden Arms condo is just a short walk to historic Flagler Avenue, where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, trendy shops and boutiques, and bike/golf cart rentals. Located between the Atlantic Ocean and intercostal waterway, NSB offers great fishing for anglers of all types.

Home away from home

I was stunned walking into this condo- it was a replica of our own SC beach house- the colors, cabinets and turtles everywhere! We are already talking about a return stay. The only issue I will bring up is that housekeeping had not made the bed in the master bedroom (no sheets on the bed) and had not cleaned that toilet. The kitchen was so well equipped that I was able to cook ( I use an iron skillet too and bake. By far our favorite NSB condo.

Great Getaway from hub bub

I took off a week and headed to this wonderful condo just a short 1 hour drive from Orlando. Great weather and location. I was familiar with this complex and it was everything the pictures showed. The owner's were easy to contact when I had a question. It was clean, lovely and plenty of room for the family that popped in and out. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect for us!

After we got used to the entry system (which was very well explained), all went so smoothly! The property was very clean, the view was phenomenal, and close to beach and town, as advertised. Loved the large balcony where we watched the sun rise and spent most of our off the beach time.

Nice place. Close to entertainment.

The unit was very clean. There's a 7-11 across the street and Flaglar Avenue with shops and restaurants is a 5 minute walk. Comfortable beds... note the master suite has floor to ceiling windows for ocean view but gets light at sunrise. I brought an eyemask so that didn't bother me. Unit had many extras like beach chairs and towels, puzzels games books and DVDs. Took us a bit to figure out how to watch cable. Internet was good. The building itself was clean and in good repair. We went spring break week and there were lots of kids and often a little hard to get a lounge chair at the pool-- tip: go early or at 12:15pm when everyone is inside having lunch. There is a Publix 1.5 miles away (we walked) or Walmart 15 min drive. Overall a nice stay.

Location and view

I wish I could keep this gem to myself. Right on the beach, this well stocked and co.forta ke 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a view of the ocean you could look at all day. Just a couple of blocks to everything NSB has to offer. Park in your secure garage then hit the heated pool. The kitchen has everything you need for spectacular meals. The beds are very comfortable and the walk in closet had tons of room. The no sun balcony lets you enjoy sunrise coffees and evening cocktails. Mike an LeAnne where awesome and responsive hosts.

Wonderful ocean view!

My best friend and I stayed 7 nights. Check in was very easy and Michael and Leanne even had a garage for my car. They were very easy to work with and the condo is lovely! It had everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Believe the pictures!! This VRBO was the best I have experienced in several years. The condo unit is exactly as the photos depict. The unit is extremely clean and well cared for as is the entire complex and pool area.The view from the condo of the ocean is fantastic. We spent some meals and our leisure time just viewing the ocean including watching dolphins or porpoises whichever they are swim up and down the coast line clearly in view. One early morning we walked out and saw the trail that a sea turtle had left after depositing her eggs right outside the condo gate to the ocean. The location of the condo is a brief walk to the shopping area and many excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The location is ideal. We also believe that this is one of the best Florida beaches that we have ever seen. Soft sand, wide beach and the water was very warm.. This is one of the most positive reviews that I have ever posted because this place is great. We will want to come back in the future. Also when we had some questions for Mike he was quick to return and extremely gracious and helpful. We had a very remarkable vacation and highly recommend this VRBO unit and New Smyrna Beach.
