While the home is shared across three unique units, each floor has its own completely private entrance and designated parking area, so you’ll enjoy full independence during your stay.

🔹 There is a separate studio above (3rd floor) and a spacious unit below (1st floor) — both rented separately or together under another listing if you're traveling with a larger group

🔹 You’ll have private access to your entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, as well as your own balcony and private parking area (no shared entry or hallways)

Your space is completely your own — from check-in to checkout. However, since the home has guests staying on other floors, some level of normal noise may occur. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of one another’s peace and privacy.
