Underbar Oceanfront Villa

Unik Oceanfront Villa finns med två eller tre sovrum. Priset är för två sovrum. Ytterligare separat enhet med ett sovrum kan hyras mot extra kostnad. Layout tillåter en familj att ockupera övervåningen 2BR / 2BA, med morföräldrar eller storfamiljer i nedre våningen i 1BR / BA.

På övervåningen är ett elegant möblerat, två sovrum, två badrum hem med fullt utrustat kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Mästaren har king size-säng och utsikt över havet. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng bäddar och en Queen size-säng (sover fyra). Varje sovrum har sitt eget privata badkar. Rymligt däck för att äta och sola.

Enrumsläget har ett komplett kök, matplats och vardagsrum. Bäddsoffa i queen size-säng sover fyra. Full havsutsikt och några steg från sandstranden.

Tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns tillgängliga för båda enheterna. Enbilsgarage för förvaring inklusive stolar, parasoller och cyklar tillgängliga för hyresgäster.

Enheter kan hyras separat eller kombineras som en stor enhet. Prissättning är för två sovrum!

Peaceful time at the beach

Myself, spouse, 3 adult kids, one with spouse and 2 children spent 2 quiet and peaceful weeks at the beach; the unit with seperate quarters ,upper and lower worked well for our group, direct access to the beach and pool was only steps away, We have been coming to NSB for over 50 years and this unit met our growing family needs for both joint family time and separate time as needed; our host was responsive to any needs during our stay, will definately be back again,

Beautiful Place

This was a really beautiful property in a lovely part of New Smyrna. The place was steps from the beach which was great! You can crack the window and hear the ocean waves at night - my favorite! The condo is an upstairs and downstairs (I only stayed in the upstairs area). Downstairs has an attached garage full of anything you could possibly need: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, tools. I was also saved from buying an extra charging cable I left at home because there was every type of cable imaginable in one of the drawers. Also, I found some sunscreen when I ran out! I had great communication with the host. In fact, after I was lamenting that the beach had a bunch of sargassum seaweed on it (from the recent hurricanes), Tom offered to comp my dinner. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

We booked about 2 weeks before arrival due to Hurricane Helene and Milton altering our plans on the Gulf side of Florida. It was an unexpected change of plans and it couldn’t have worked out any better! Tom was a great host. Even with an A/C issue before arrival he had us settled in with another amazing backup accommodation next to his place. He was great at communicating with us and making sure everything was going well. Can’t beat the location- just a few steps to the beach and pool. Incredible views. Quiet and serene.

Best vacation

This truly was our best vacation. The villa was absolutely perfect! It was stocked with the kitchen/bathroom basics. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, tent, games, towels, appliances, coolers, grill, etc. The location was fantastic! Tom was great, very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions.

It’s PERFECT

This place is PERFECT. It is SO close to the beach it takes about 40 seconds to walk from the kitchen to the ocean. And the walkway is like a tropical paradise, it gives off island vibes more so than Florida vibes. It was SO clean, I am VERY particular about cleanliness and it even met my standards. It was fully stocked with lots of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, games and so much more for all 5 of the kids we brought with us!! Very kid/baby friendly. Comfortable beds and the private “in-law suite” downstairs was PERFECT for our family to all stay together comfortably without disturbing each other’s early mornings or late nights. We enjoyed the pickleball court and the balls/paddles that were provided. We cooked dinner each night and found it very accommodating. You can tell the owners love their home and that it’s very special to their whole family. This place felt like home, and we will be back as soon as possible!!!

Perfect

The location and proximity to the beach are wonderful. The house is just as it's described. The umbrellas and beach chairs were perfect and not some cheap knockoff. Tom was great to work with and very accommodating. Can't recommend enough.

Gem on the Atlantic

This is a beautiful and comfortable home just steps from the beach. The views of the ocean are spectacular from sunrise to sunset. A great location for beach walking, biking, birding, and relaxing with a good book!

A nice relaxing getaway

6 of us have been renting for years at different Florida beaches on or near the water. This location might have been the finest. The house is immaculately maintained and had everything that we could have ever wanted or needed. The owner was responsive and everything was set up to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The ocean front location would be hard to beat. The surrounding area had many close restaurants, shopping, gyms, and fun areas to explore. Highly recommended!

Great stay

This was our second stay at this property. We like the separate living space for us while adult children can stay upstairs. Short walk to the uncrowded beach. Everything you need is provided and a tankless water heater means that you never have to wait to shower. Owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He will even keep you updated on rocket launches which are awesome to see.

Ocean bliss

I took my two young kids, my teenage niece and my parents to NSB for the week and we had the best time! The house is so clean and inviting and had everything we needed. You can hear the ocean at night and watch the sunrise each morning. Easy kitchen to cook in! Steps away from the beach with beautiful greenery all around. Tom was so helpful with the check-in process and available as needed. He even gave us a heads up about a rocket launch. Hoping we can return next year!

Winter Getaway

Sea Dunes is wonderful, so comfortable, relaxing, and restorative. The view and sound of the ocean, the long, flat beach, just steps from the door and nearness to great restaurants makes this place a gem.

Great Family Vacation

This property was the only one with beach and stair access after Ian and we were thrilled!! It is lush and beautiful on the grounds. Having two separate spaces to live was great for a multi-family trip. Tom was so helpful and personable.

Fantastic week!

Just pack your clothes and toothbrush. Everything you need is at your fingertips. This Sea Dunes villa was the perfect location for our family vacation! The view of the ocean was phenomenal and being just steps from the best no drive beach in Florida was great for our two small grandchildren. We didn’t want to leave at the end of our week!
