Ocean and Pool View Condo - Point East Andelslägenhet

Helt renoverade lägenhetskomplex på vacker strand utan körning, färdigställd 2018. Vacker utsikt över havet och poolen från 3: e våningen balkong, bara några steg till stranden. Nytt golv, nymålad och kustinredning. Fullt utrustad lägenhet, bara ta med dina baddräkter.

Sovrummet har king size-säng och platt-tv. Andra sovrummet har full och två enkelsängar. Dra ut soffan i vardagsrummet. Två fulla bad. Uteplats och stolar på balkongen för att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe eller kvällscoctail med utsikt över både det vackra Atlanten och poolen.

Köket är fullt utrustat med allt servis, grytor, kastruller och köksredskap.
Plattskärms-kabel-tv i vardagsrummet, wifi och telefon ingår också.

Stor pool vid havet (uppvärmd på vintern), plus en mindre barnpool. Loungestolar, bord och parasoller på pooldäck. Poolområdet har också ett stort täckt klubbhus med platt-tv, bord och stolar och gas grill. Oceanfront shuffleboard domstolar och säkrade ingången till stranden.

Tvättstuga med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare ligger på första våningen.

This is the second time we've stayed at Michelle's Point East Condominium. We absolutely love it! You can't beat the beach being right outside along with a pool we can enjoy. We love how relaxing it is to be there and not worry about cars driving by or being close but not so close to Flagler Ave. The condo itself always feels homey and has everything we need to enjoy the stay. My daughter loves the idea of having her own bathroom to avoid sharing with my wife and I. Keep up the great hospitality!!

Clean and comfortable PRIME Location

The property was clean and comfortable. It was literally steps to the beach and the pool looks out over the beach. Very well maintained grounds! It was well worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at Point East. The beach was amazing and the location was perfect. The condo is a bit dated but was very very clean. Michelle is quick to respond to any questions and left us a list of restaurants and places to go. We would definitely stay again!

Already planning our next trip!

We stayed 3 nights at Point East and were really happy with the location. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but we were overall very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was with anything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!

Sept stay at Point East Condominium

The room and overall property were very nice. The online description of the property was accurate. There were a couple minor issues with the room: 1) The master bathroom fan was broken; 2) There were some ants on the kitchen counter that did not return after wiping up; 3) There was a roach near the front door. There were also a couple of issues regarding the property management that could be improved. The unit next door was undergoing major renovations from about 9am-3pm. This resulted in excessive noise in the unit we stayed in. The other issue was that the outside of the building was being painted. The painters needed to paint the door jams and used a master key to open rooms. We returned one afternoon to find our door wide open and nobody around. The property manager should have made us aware of these issues prior to renting or proactively worked to get us a different room.

Great Condo!

The condo was as described online. It was clean and well stocked: beach chairs, toys, towels, sheets, kitchen items, etc. Michelle was quick to respond to my questions. Parking was right below the condo and next to the stairs to the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and stores close by. We liked Aunt Catfish and Blackbeards Inn restaurants. C's Waffles is great for breakfast.
