Välkommen till New Smyrna Beach, Floridas mest vänliga och pittoreska strandstad. Moontide är New Smyrna Beach bästa semester värde. Vår rökfria "strandstuga" ligger på toppläget (5: e) våningen i den prestigefyllda A-byggnaden, som ligger precis vid stranden, och har en stor, 30 fot bred, helt privat balkong med fri utsikt uppåt och nedåt hela stranden. Vår lägenhet ligger högst upp mot havsväggen. Du kan inte få mer direkt vid havet än det här. Det ligger på den föredragna säkra, säkra 'no drive'-stranden.

Vår "strandstuga" totalrenoverades hösten 2014 med alla nya golv, köksskåp, apparater för kök och tvättstuga, klinkergolv i duschar, matsal, vardagsrum och sovrumsmöbler, 55 "smart" HDTV, helt nytt köksbestick. Verkligen är allt helt nytt.

Balkongen har många sittplatser för att njuta av strandens sevärdheter och ljud; Föreställ dig hisnande målade soluppgångar och månbelysta kvällar när du reflekterar över dagens minnen; promenader och cykelturer längs stranden, sitter ute under strandtältet, tittar på Dolphin simmar längs stranden, eller pelikanerna driver längs den ständigt närvarande havsbrisen.

Balkongen och dess panoramautsikt är öppen för både sovrummet, som har en vacker king size-säng, samt ett öppet vardagsrum, som har en 55 tums "smart" HDTV, och sittplatser för strandblick. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och har också en bekväm "dölj-en-matta" enkelsäng, samt en 37 "HDTV. Det finns möjlighet till gratis Netflix-strömning på alla TV-apparater. Vi har också en gratis Amazon Fire Stick för utvidgade visningsalternativ.

Ett fullt utrustat kök gör det möjligt att äta i eller utnyttja de många lokala restaurangerna. Ägare erbjuder dig användningen av deras urval av badlakan, tält och parasoller, solstolar och strandvagn. Moontide har en uppvärmd pool bara några steg bort, privat parkeringsgarage och privata tennisbanor. Det finns en helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten för din bekvämlighet. Gratis höghastighetsinternet WiFi-tjänst och gratis lokal- och fjärrtelefontjänst till U. S, Kanada och P. R.

This condo had a WOW factor the minute we walked in. We have stayed at numerous VRBO condos and this one far surpassed all of them in many ways.The design and decor was exquisite. Every detail had been attended to. It was very welcoming and peaceful.It was also very well stocked. Bob was very responsive to any questions and made several recommendations.The property was directly on the sandy beach. Loved the pods of Pelicans. And even watched Santa pass by on his bicycle on this Christmas trip.One of the thrills for me was watching the manatees at Blue SpringState Park about a 30 mile drive.

Bob and Deb are excellent hosts. Communication was excellent and they were available should any issues arise. (There were no issues)The oceanfront condo is beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a great week was readily available. Nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. That and a cup of coffee started our day off perfectly. We hope to return to this perfect place on the coast next year.

Dear Bob and Deb, Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. We loved the beautiful costal decor and the well stocked amenities! The comfy cushioned chair in the corner of the balcony was a favorite spot. The view from the balcony was awesome. We felt like we were almost right on the water. Thank you for providing the binoculars. It was fun to check out the birds and passing boats! We were lucky to visit during the Beaver Full Moon. The beach was amazingly bright even at midnight! We also saw an impressive King high tide! Thank you for the detailed restaurant recommendations. We visited the Yellow Dog and The Garlic. The Ravioli Bologna’s was excellent! It was a pleasure to stay at Moontide A502. Everything was top notch including your communications with us! Moontide A502 is A

Three lifelong female friends looking for a wonderful place to reconnect, laugh, enjoy the beach, have some excellent food and generally chill. This condo is all it claims to be. And the owners are excellent hosts - providing everything you need and more. We especially appreciated all the good local recommendations for dining and entertainment.

Gorgeous beachfront property

We had a wonderful stay in November. The condo is beautiful and has a large balcony overlooking the ocean. We saw dolphins from the balcony! The unit is well equipped with everything you could want to have at the beach. The owners were very helpful with information about the area attractions and restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect!

An immaculate and perfectly appointed unit with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The pictures, as beautiful as they are, do not begin to do it justice. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything you could possibly need. We loved starting the day with our morning coffee and ending our day with a nightcap on the balcony. Loved the easy access to the beach and a super short beach walk to a fun ocean front restaurant/bar, Chase’s on the Beach. We really appreciated the owner’s communication before, and during our stay, as well as their flexibility and thoughtful touches. We wil definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Bob and Deb’s condo. Location was great! The view from the balcony was perfect! We really enjoyed all of the beach toys, chairs, tents, boogies boards and so much more right there at the condo! Beds were very comfortable, there was a nice kitchen to cook in and everything was very clean! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as well! I highly recommend staying at this condo! Thank you for the wonderful vacation for our family!

Perfect beach condo

This condo was amazing! It was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation. The view was incredible and very convenient to both pool and the beach. I loved waking up every morning to coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be back. Robert was also very responsive and we appreciated all of the details provided regarding the condo amenities.

we loved the condo

Strongly recommend!! The condo is Beautiful, and very clean. The property inside and outside was very clean. Easy access to the beach. The condo has everything you need to go down to the beach Chairs, Cooler, wagon, beach toys and games, beach umbrella and so much more. Parking garage neat and clean. The area was nice and quiet. Bob and Debbie were so easy to work with.

Great for Beach lovers

The location really cannot be beat. I became addicted to watching the tide go in and out (when we were there), and listening to the waves. Saw dolphins while drinking morning coffee. We were only on property about half the time, but there was so much available for the beach, wish we had more time. Boards, toys, balls, towels, tents, etc. I think VRBO did something weird on the listing... one room says Queen + Twin, but reality was just a Queen. The written description does not mention 2nd bed. We did find a foam Mat/ mattress that could have been used, but the couch was large and comfortable enough as well.

Relax..and just enjoy being at the beach!

Mostly what there is to do in NSB is well ..to relax and enjoy the gorgeous beach! Moontide A502 is the place to do exactly that - and there are options. When you first arrive at the condo you’ll see the fabulous ocean views from your own private 5th floor balcony. We found some local coffee at Island Roasters and enjoyed that while watching the sunrise every morning… which, according to me, is a perfect start to any beach day! The building itself is just a few steps from the sand and surf- and every beach accessory you could want is provided. There’s also a heated rooftop pool, a great place for swimming or laying out, and here again it faces the ocean, and the view up there is incredible.. The condo itself is very comfortable, we enjoyed our time here.

Great beach location

Well maintained beach front condominium. Cars prohibited on this stretch of beach which means comfort and security. Many owner provided amenities including chairs, umbrellas, and bikes.
