With the upstairs section (4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths) closed off for your privacy, you'll have the entire downstairs to enjoy. Perfect for small families or couples, this peaceful getaway features a private pool, cozy poolside furniture, a shaded patio, and a lush, fenced-in tropical garden complete with a gas BBQ grill. If you need more space, the entire 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is available to accommodate larger groups.

This beautifully designed home offers over 1,000 sqft of living space, with the 2-bedroom, 1-bath setup located on the first level, which can be rented separately during the off-season. Inside, you'll find luxurious tile floors throughout, smart TVs and ceiling fans in every bedroom, designer bedding, high thread count sheets, luxury bath towels, WiFi, cable, and a full-size washer/dryer to ensure all the comforts of home.

The living room is furnished with a leather twin sofa sleeper, a 75" smart TV, and sliders that open directly to the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser. All your cooking essentials are provided, including a crockpot, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, specialty dishes, serving platters, roasting pans, and a blender. For families traveling with children, a high chair is also provided. The kitchen island provides seating for 4 guests, making it a great spot for casual dining or morning coffee.

The first bedroom features a king-size bed, a 50" smart TV, and sliders that lead to the pool area, offering easy access to the outdoor space. The second bedroom offers a double bed, a sofa sleeper, and a smart TV, making it versatile for different guest arrangements. The full bath, located just outside both bedrooms, features a walk-in shower.

For your convenience, Sunset Oasis offers parking for one vehicle in the garage and plenty of additional parking for guests. Entertainment options include WiFi, cable, and streaming services (using your personal login), along with books, board games, and toys provided for added enjoyment.

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee; please contact us at least two days prior to arrival to activate this service. This home may be rented separately during the off-season months. The 1st level can be locked off and rented as a 2 bedroom with 1 bath and the 2nd and 3rd levels can locked off to make a 4 bedroom with 3.5 baths. Please contact our office for further details.

Surveillance Camera Disclosure
For the safety and security of our guests and property, please be advised that this home is equipped with Ring surveillance cameras. These include a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance, a Ring camera monitoring the exterior of the home, and a Ring camera overlooking the pool area. All cameras are positioned to monitor exterior activity only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
