This 3 bedroom condo also offers an additional 2.5 baths. You will love lounging on the oversized screened patio which is accessed by both bedrooms and the main living area. This unit has a genuine treehouse feel and receives welcomed shade in the summer months from the canopy of beautiful oaks so prevalent throughout Sea Woods. Just grab your flip flops and beach gear! An incredible location - just a very short walk to the beautiful no-drive beach as well as several shopping and dining options. Sea Woods features 3 pools(1 heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, a large clubhouse, fitness center and walking/biking paths canopied by sprawling oaks and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. We lacked some kitchen utensils. Only two teaspoons. The other spoons were more tablespoon size. The bathroom loft didn't have ANY towel racks to hang towels. Also no place to hang clothes/ no rods for hangers. We had to be very careful of the spiral staircase as it stuck out alot. Other than this it was a nice place.

Our stay at Seaside Serenity in Sea Woods was GREAT!The accommodations were perfect forour party of six.Theplace was clean and spacious and was move-in ready. Our 10 year old granddaughter especially liked the spiral staircase up to her own room. She felt like a princess.The entire process from booking the room to our departure was very easy. We were in New Smyrna for my grandson's wedding and the location was close to the beach and the wedding venue. No more hotels for me. If you come to New Smyrna Beach, this is the place to stay. I know we will be back

This was one of our favorite places to stay! The spiral staircase was so cool, the 3 bedrooms really made everyone comfortable, the 3 bathrooms helped with the logistics, and the screened-in deck was a pleasure every day. We came to see family in NSB and for a wedding. We walked out to the beach several times (it's basically across the street!) to walk at sunrise and to see two rocket launches. One at night and one during the day. Great location, great amenities, and the interior is very nicely appointed. Since we have family there, I'm sure we'll stay here again.

We stayed for our annual girls trip and were very satisfied! Great location, near the beach, restaurants and cute shops. Great parking and easily accessed Ubers for when we didn’t want to drive. The condo was clean, had everything we needed. We did not use any of the pools or pickleball courts so I can’t give an opinion on those.

Relaxing Stay

We love new Smyrna and this is a nice place to stay. Has everything you need for the beach toys, a few chairs and towels. Has good kitchen supplies like spices and pots and pans. Would stay again!

Perfect family vacation spot

This place is perfect for a family beach trip. It’s clean and spacious! The amenities are awesome with multiple pools and tennis courts. 5min walk to the beach. I definitely give this place a 4 star review!

Cute condo exactly as pictured and described

This beach condo was perfect for our weekend trip to celebrate the life of our sister in law at New Smyrna Beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us adults and everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Though a quick visit, the condo had all the things we needed for our brief stay in a great location.

Fantastic spot!

We were worried as our stay was during hurricane season, but Karen was great to chat with and provided real-time updates as to the status of the unit. Close to restaurants, seconds from the beach, grocery, walking paths, etc. this place has it all!!!
