Upon walking in, you'll find the condo emulates the outdoor scenery with its light blue and sandy tones. Before you throw on a swimsuit, take a few minutes to explore your home away from home.

While NSB is beloved for its local restaurants, you'll love having a fully stocked kitchen on the days you want to stay in. The kitchen has white cabinetry and appliances, granite countertops, and a playful blue backsplash. You'll find your favorite feature to be the kitchen sink window which looks onto the ocean's shoreline. Cookware, dinnerware, a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and blender are provided for guest use. When you are ready to eat, pull up a chair at the breakfast bar for three or the dining table for four.

Unlike most units in the complex, this condo has a wrap-around view of New Smyrna Beach thanks to its corner location. Stretch out on either the pull-out couch or reclining sofa and watch the waves ebb back and forth in the distance. You'll find the living room provides a 45" Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming service apps.

In the interims you are not on the beach, you can still enjoy the view on the 3rd floor balcony. This space is furnished making it the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening happy hour. If you wake up early enough, you can watch the sun rising over the ocean!

When you start feeling sleepy, head to the lovely primary bedroom that awaits. This bedroom has a king bed, 21" TV, private balcony access, and a direct view of the Atlantic. Located en-suite is the primary bathroom which has a shower and extra-long vanity.

Three others can stay in the second bedroom which has a queen and twin bed, a 21" TV, and a nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, streaming service apps, a pull-out couch, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs, and the best views of New Smyrna Beach. The condo is walking distance from popular restaurants such as SoNapa Grille, Izzy's Island Tacos and Ice Cream, and Chases on the Beach.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.
