“There were 13 of us (11 adults and 2 toddlers). The kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances were great. The counter top ice maker was liked by all. The outdoor area was wonderful. The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by all. The house could use a thorough cleaning for cobwebs, etc. Also the lower living room sofas need replaced. You struggled to get up after sitting. The loft bedroom and the bottom floor bedrooms have no place to put clothing, etc. I would recommend this...

“Throughout our stay, when required, Shelly communicated in a timely and coherent manner. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and family oriented. Downtown Pittsburgh is very accessible from this location and all necessary amenities can be found in either Verona or Oakmont (giant eagle, coffee shops, nice restaurants, etc). If we return to this area, we would certainly look into renting Shelly’s vrbo again! :)”

“This was our first time staying anywhere besides a hotel, and we always travel with our pets. They’re afraid in the hotel because they hear noise and people in the hallway. They loved it here. Our cats had a vacation just like we did and that meant a lot to us.It was also clear that it was an older place, but it had character and we could tell they went to a lot of trouble to make it cozy. And it was we very much enjoyed our stay.”

“This old house was perfect for our family and friends gathering for our kid's graduation. It is an easy 15-minute walk to CMU and located in a pretty neighborhood with mixed with students and permanent residents. We wanted socializing space - a dining room, living room, and porch for hanging out - and this house provided all of that. The place is old and not recently renovated, so don't expect spic and span modern. But it did have heat, AC, Internet, parking, and clean and comfortable beds. We...

“This house was great for our family of 8 adults. All bedrooms were queen or king and 4 bathrooms were a nice convenience. We appreciated the extra supplies of soap, toilet paper, paper towels and dish washer soap. This is the first VRBO we didnt have to shop for those necessities!! Great location near the zoo and we enjoyed shopping the strip for unique stores and restaurants. Also visited the huge conservatory which was outstanding.”
