“We had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly, and always willing to help. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and quiet and dark for sleeping at night. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a lovely bonus. Our bed and room was made and tidied every day. The *one* inconsistency was the shower, it was hard to get the temperature just right.
The location was perfect for our needs and desires, as we could walk to the market, the centre of Coyoacán, to Casa Azul, the corner stores...

"Nice place, easy to arrive
Clean, with all you need in your room, they also have an easy check in, in some mini you are inside from the airport, you walk from a bridge and you are there. You get some cleaning items, for instance if you forgot your teeth brush or others.
We use the baby crib and was a safe mattress and big enough.
Not so much to improve, except for the personal in the breakfast area in our floor, looks like they are angry if you ask for something, apart of that all the rest of the staff are so kind and eager to help you. "
