Fantastiskt läge, mycket vänlig personal, god frukost. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka. På minussidan var det att hissarna tog tid och luftkonditioneringen väsnades en hel del.

We were booked five in a room with grand lit x2 and a soda bed. The beds were on the small side for two persons and the soda bed lacked linen and pillow. The very nice staff were helpful though. The Hotel is seriously centrally situated within spitting distanse from Empire State Building.

Trevligt men slitet hotell. Personalen var hjälpsam och frukostbuffen faktiskt ok. Nära till både sevärdheter och shopping

Trivsamt hotell med trevlig personal och rymligt rum. Det enda negativa var den dåliga wifitillgängligheten på rummet och att bullret från gatan trängde in.

Mitt i NYC
Hotellet är väl inte det nyaste i NYC, men funkar utmärkt som håll punkt och sovplats. Frukost buffen är jag helst utan, men det finns många ställen "runt hörnet" som har allt man kan önska sig. Empire State Building ligger på nästa gata och resten av NYC är du mitt i, så med Taxi eller till fots når man det mesta.

Fyra stjärnor nja
Fick först ett rum som luktade impyrt av rök. När jag påtalade detta fick jag höra att dom tyvärr inte hade några lediga rum i den prisklass som jag bokat förrän dagen efter, men att dom kunde erbjuda mig en uppgradering till ett pris av 50 dollar/natt utöver det jag redan betalt. Jag ifrågasatte då varför jag skulle tvingas betala extra då dom inte kunnat erbjuda mig ett rökfritt rum vilket jag hade bokat. Blev då erbjuden en uppgradering till 25 dollar/natt samt att jag skulle få första nattens uppgradering gratis. Hotellet ligger i koreakvarteren i närheten av empire state building med gångavstånd till det mesta. Gratis kaffe och vatten från maskin på plussidan se till att få ett rum mot innergården om du vill kunna sova. Hotellet håller inte för fyra stjärnor möjligtvis tre.

Love this hotel. It is in a perfect location- close to Penn Station and everything else we need. The hotel is beautiful from the front lobby to the rooms. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and great rooms
We booked a studio room, which was wonderful... much more spacious than the normal small NY rooms. Whilst the heating and elevators (lifts) need some care, the rooms were wonderful and the location was excellent. We will use this hotel again when we are in New York.

The bathroom was poorly cleaned and super moldy. It’s apparent that the staff rush cleans each room to get the next set of guests in. Take the time to clean the floors and the bathroom sinks so guests don’t have to look at mold when we brush our teeth.

Staff was amazing but the room was 80 due to the unusually warm Jan weather. Also the shower faucet came off in my hand. The staff were immediately attentive and provided a fan and a work-order to repair the shower faucet. I would definitely go back!

It was a struggle to get three wash clothes for the three of us. The first night we asked for one. It never came. The next day I talked with the housekeeper. She made sure we had what we needed and maintenance got us a fan for the heat situation. However, the following day only two. Went to the front desk and asked again. Someone came this time. Unfortunately the hotel could only have the heat on. Had to sleep with the window open and a fan. So it was either really warm or really cold. It was very hard to keep a decent temperature. I don’t know if that’s what made me sick or just the germs everywhere. Who knows. The beds were also terribly uncomfortable which contributed to the lack of sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous too bad the room didn’t match. It wasn’t that terrible, and it’s a relatively good location to get on the subway or to walk to attractions. I suppose you get what you pay for.

The room - we had a junior suite- was really spacious for New York, we has two double beds then a 'sitting' area with sofa and coffee table and a desk The shower was excellent one of the best I've ever had in a hotel The hotel gave a completely free 'uber eats' type service with $25 per day per room to order at anytime of the day, food ordered on line and delivered to the hotel room - we only ordered breakfasts and we didn't use this every day but this was a bonus as we were not aware this was part of the hotel service so for anyone on a budget this would be a great money saver

The room was smaller than expected which we could deal with. On of the lamps in the room wouldn’t turn on. The wallpaper was peaking off. One of the pictures above the bed fell down while I was on it almost hitting me. The room

Girls Trip
We booked two rooms for a one night girls trip. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were also wonderful. Merissa, who checked us in, was so kind and helpful! Another staff member took several group photos for us, which was so appreciated! The hotel location was great for getting around too.
