There are many positives to note. The host is superb, very responsive and helpful at every turn. The property is very well appointed, on a quiet, tree-lined street, with excellent access to transportation, very good restaurants, coffee shops and parks. I have stayed with this host twice and absolutely will again anytime I am headed to NYC.

Cozy spot located in a great area - lots of families, restaurants and very close to the 1 train... The kitchen has no conventional oven but the air fryer worked great! Host is extremely helpful and responds immediately to questions. I recommend this place highly!

It is a small condo but you have pretty much everything you need. All interior, kitchen, living room are clean and very well organized. Convenient location to a nearby subway station 2 min walk.

Had a great stay here! The unit was small but smartly laid out with lots of thoughtful touches like an extra charging cord by the bed, electric shades on the windows and a mouthwash dispenser in the bathroom! It was exceptionally clean and everything seemed brand new. The towels were extra large and thick, the bed was firm and the pillows were fluffy! The location was convienent to the ABCD subway lines, which were with in a blocks walk , and the one line which was uphill and a couple blocks up. Very easy access to whatever you need. The host was great when I had questions about the laundry, which was located in the basement and walked me through the app to use the machines. I would definitely stay here again!
