Hello AND welcome to our cozy one bedroom private apartment located in Bay ridge Brooklyn. This apt is located on a Quiet , family oriented, tree lined street, away from the hustle and bustle. You can sleep in serenity but still have the ability to be in walking distance to all major train lines and bus lines that transport you into the big city MANHATTAN within 15 minutes. Also , we offer private driveway off street parking for anyone staying with us that brings their car or a rental car. The apartment is a 7-10 minute walk from the Verrazano narrows bay /shore road with some of the most amazing views of the NYC skyline. We are also just 3 short blocks away from the beautiful Owls Head Park which includes a bike path, walking trails, a skate park and even a dog park for your furry friends. The apartment is located in a beautiful brick historic townhome. The apartment is on the second floor accessible via staircase. The flooring throughout is shiny wood parquet with an area rug in the living room. The apartment features one large bedroom with two large windows providing ample natural lighting. Sleeping amenities include a very comfortable California king bed . There are several options for storage, including 2 wood dressers, and an armoire to hang up your clothing. There is flat screen television on the bedroom wall with smart tv options, also local cable. There is a full length mirror on the wall. The living space consists of a leather sectional couch which is comfortable enough to sleep on. There is a second large flat screen smart tv , and two coffee tables. The living room also has its own large windows that when open emit a wonderful breeze during the summer / spring months. Both the bedroom and living room have air conditioners for the summer months. There is also a full length mirror on the wall in the living space.There is a bathroom with stand up shower, toilet, and small vanity with mirror where you may store your toiletries. I supply toilet paper and towels for the length of your stay.
The kitchen is one of my favorite rooms because of how well naturally lit it is. There is a brand new refrigerator, just replaced. There is a full size cooking stove with oven, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a coffee machine. There is a small eat in area space with stools for two. I supply all pots , pans, utensils , cups, plates, bowls, paper towels, napkins and ice in freezer. There is a large kitchen window overlooking the front of the home. There are blinds for privacy in all rooms for privacy .
