-Guests have access to the Ground floor of the building. The entrance is from the left side facing the house. The parking spot is behind the house.

Guests can contact the host using the Airbnb app or call the numbers provided in the initial instructions in case of an emergency.

The house is equipped with an ADT security system. Refusal to vacate the premises after checkout will result in us activating the alarm if the alarm is set off. The Local police department will be dispatched and arrest anyone still on the property for trespassing.
