I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel.
They advertise amenities such as laundry, a restaurant, a gym, and rooms with a jacuzzi. However, when we arrived, none of those amenities existed. The staff was not welcoming or helpful.
I specifically booked a room that was supposed to include a jacuzzi and snacks. When we got to the room, there was no jacuzzi. I went to the lobby and showed the staff the photo of the room I reserved, and they seemed completely unaware of it. They even suggested that the picture might have been from a different hotel.
Eventually, someone who appeared to be the manager switched us to another room, but it was worse. The paint was in bad condition, and even the bed sheets looked unclean and poorly maintained.
We had driven for over 15 hours, so we were exhausted and decided to stay. Today I called because I have not received my $50 deposit back, and I was told they are keeping it because we used the sink in the room. That is completely unreasonable.
The service is unacceptable, the amenities advertised are misleading, and on top of that, they keep your deposit for no valid reason. Travelers arrive tired, expecting at least basic comfort and honesty, but this place does not provide either.
Very disappointing experience.
