“Our visit worked out exactly as hoped, giving us the perfect central location to get to Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Pictured Rocks, Kitch-iti Kipi , Tahquamenon Falls, and Benny the Beard Fisher. A few things to keep in mind though when you choose this property: the upstairs bedroom is an open loft (without a door for privacy), evening dining on the rear deck has a lovely view but is subject to loud road noise, and if you have someone sleeping on the pullouts in the living room it is quite comfortable...

“Brought our granchildren from North Carolina to see the U.P. Saw Soo Locks, Tahquamenon Falls,Miners Falls, Pictured Rocks, Seul Choix Pointe Lighthouse, water tower in manistique & fish Hatchery,Kitch-iti-kipi, & Oswalds Bear Ranch we loved the sauna & bonfires & family time!”

“My wife and I just got back from our stay at the cabin. Perfect size for us and cozy. Fantastic view of the lake. Cabin was very well furnished, supplied and excellently maintained. Plenty to do there with the private kayaks and town was just a short trip down the road.”

“We had a wonderful time at your secluded cabin. It was such an awesome little lake ,so clear we watched turtles and fish. Enjoyed kayaking, swimming, bonfires and watching sunsets. Took hikes on trails and picked blueberries. Amenities should be updated to say bring own linens and towels as they are not provided. Owner did contact us few days before our stay to inform us. Hope to be able to return again in future. ”

“Great location, peaceful lake, fire pits were perfect for smores and late night hangs, kids loved kayaking and the cabin has just the right amount of amenities to be comfortable while still escaping to the woods! The bunk house bedrooms were fun with the extended family. Very summer camp vibe (w/ good mattresses) and perfect for our fam!”

“Staying at Crisp Point was an absolute joy. No details were over looked. The fully stocked kitchen and utensils were all top of the line even down to the small clothes pins and q-tips. The bathroom was well organized and had plenty of hot water after a sunny day on the beach agate rock hunting, or yooperlites by night. The deck overlooking the water was relaxing, while cooking s’mores by the picnic table in the fire pit viewing calendar picture sunsets. Book now and get unplugged!”

“The cabin was centrally located. The cabin was nicely decorated and in excellent condition. Everything was in working order and in good shape. We took day trips to Pictured Rocks, Munising, Marquette, Manistique, Tahquamanon Falls, Paradise, Grand Marais, and Fayette Historical State Park while we were there. We ate dinner at the cabin all but one night since it had a well-equipped kitchen and a good gas grill on the back porch. If we are able to visit the UP again we would be happy to...

“Great property in a great location. We had a group of 6 of us that have been coming up to the UP for 10 years snowmobiling and are always looking for a nice place. This definitely qualifies. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nicely remodeled, great views, easy lake access. Plenty of parking area. Would recommend, and will try to stay here again!”
