House + Suite · Hudson View Hot Tub

There’s a particular kind of quiet that only comes when you’ve truly stepped away. Not just from the office or the city, but from the version of yourself that’s always moving toward the next thing.

Artisan on Washington is designed for that moment when everything slows.

You arrive to a home that feels settled and ready. The heated sunroom holds the last of the afternoon light. The Hudson River glimmers in the distance. Thoughtful details are already in place — spa-style baths, a private hot tub, and a kitchen set for long, unhurried mornings. Nothing to arrange. Just put your bag down and breathe.

Mornings move differently here. Soft eastern light fills the house. Coffee replaces the commute. The river moves below, steady and quiet, as the day opens without urgency.

When you’re ready to step out, downtown Newburgh is a short walk and worth it. Liberty Street offers restored brick buildings, independent galleries, serious coffee, and restaurants that feel local in the best way. Follow the waterfront past the historic train station, Hudson Taco, and the docks where the Pride of the Hudson runs scenic cruises through the Highlands. Evenings often end at Newburgh Brewing Company or Blu Pointe, where the sun sets over the river and the waterfront turns gold.

Then you return. The hot tub is ready. The house holds its calm.

Artisan on Washington combines a two-bedroom main house with a beautifully finished one-bedroom apartment, allowing guests to stay together with space of their own. The property hosts up to six guests across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main house includes a full kitchen, heated sunroom, in-unit laundry, and private hot tub, while the separate apartment offers its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living space.

Ideal for couples traveling together, families, or anyone who values privacy without giving up a shared experience.
