Stor lägenhet med allt du behöver
Jättefin lägenhet med centralt läge i Charlestown. Stort och rymligt. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten. Både uteplats och balkong. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Love this apartment.
Very nice and spacious apartment suited our family of 5 with teenagers kids. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and a powder room near kitchen which means no fighting for bathroom! The only thing is the bedroom downstairs near the garage doesn’t have air conditioning and it was a very hot day. Overall it is very good city accommodation near Charlestown shopping centre. we will come back again.

Hi DeborahIt's quite concerning that you never once brought this us with us during your stay and even after. You've called our office numerous times to follow up on your security bond in which we explained to you was already fully refunded back on the day you checked out; we even provided you a copy of the refund receipt. You kept arguing that you hadn't received the refund. I'm now certain you were trying to scam us.

Great property, on three levels. Stairs with bags is hard but property is well equipped, clean and modern. Area has lots of shops and dining options. Parking on site, but be aware the garage is very tight, especially if you have a big car. But great value for money overall

The carpark is not accessible to anything bigger than a small vehicle. Parked on the street. There wasn't a Nescafe pod machine as stated. It was difficult to find out room. Directions would have saved us time & hassle.

Hi Sabrina, I'm sorry these issues affected your stay. I can only assume the Nespresso machine has been taken by a previous guest if it is not in a cupboard. I will check the unit tomorrow and replace. We have extras on hand, so it would have been a quick phone call for a new one, but we understand you shouldn't have to call. I will speak with our cleaning team about reporting missing items. There is also ample parking in our main carpark for large vehicles over 2.2 metres high. I'm sorry you had trouble locating your space. Again, if you have trouble while staying anywhere, it's always best to call right away to give the property a chance to rectify the issues for you. We're available 24 hours per day.

Recommend to stay here
These apartments are in a quiet part of Charlestown and within close proximity to a large shopping centre and eateries. Beware though if you are on the top floor and getting on in years, it may pay to not take too much luggage with you as it is a few flights of stairs up. Bright and breezy with a nice view.

Great location, easy access
Check in was a breeze with the code send via text. The apartment is split over 3 levels whuch was fine for us, but definitely be careful of the stairs with heavy bags. There were baby gates at each set of stairs, top and bottom. They were, however, useless as every one of them was broken and couldn't latch closed. The sound does echo through the apartment a bit because of the 3 levels but overall wasn't a worry for us. The apartments are nice and close to Charlestown Square which was great for going for a walk to get food and to shop. The apartment was clean and fresh, with plenty of extra blankets if you wanted them. Overall we were very happy with it and will definitely stay again!

Thank you for your feedback. The gates are relatively new, so I'm surprised to hear they are broken already. Our maintenance team are invstigating and will fix or replace today. Whenever there is a problem, please call us right away so we can remedy the situation for you while still staying.

From garaged spaces to keyless entry, spotless apartment and ample amenties. Was super quiet and peaceful yet just a stones throw from major shopping centre. Staff were prompt and professional!

very convenient for what we were doing. unfortunately confusion when we arrived as one room was locked - were on hold for some time for assistance, but were dealt with swiftly when they were notified.
