Welcome to our delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully renovated family-friendly cottage in the heart of Hamilton, NSW 2303—a vibrant suburb perfect for families and groups looking to explore Newcastle!

The ensuite has a full shower, vanity and toilet, while both bathrooms are stocked with soft towels and complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, and a grooming kit.

10min walk to Broadmeadow train station, or over to the entertainment centre.
From Broadmeadow train station you can hop on the train to Newcastle and then the tram to the beachs. 10 min walk to some of Newcastles best cafes, restaurants and bars.
Kids play equipment and games.
Half a block from Gregson Park which has just had a new playground unveiled, tennis courts, etc.
There is also a great little cafe that has recently opened around the corner approx 50 metres away which is open 7 days a week.
