With easy walking distance to public transport, cafes, harbour-side bars, restaurants, and Newcastle Harbour Foreshore, you can park your car in the underground secure parking spot when you arrive and walk to everything. Please note: Unit has city views. From the roof top you can take in the harbour and more.
THE SPACE
This bright and spacious unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious open planned living and dining which opens out onto the enclosed patio perfect for enjoying your morning tea or coffee as you plan your day.

Master Bedroom - Queen size bed, wardrobe and city views
- Koala mattress on bed which can be adjusted in firmness to the guests requirements
- One bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet
- Secure parking for one car
- Ducted air conditioning and Wi-Fi
- Access to complex gym (Gym hours 6am-9pm) and the shared rooftop space with views of the harbour and more
- A dedicated workspace
- Washing/drying space

This one-bedroom property has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. After a day exploring the area, relax on the patio with a glass of your favourite beverage be it a coffee, tea, a fragrant Hunter Valley wine or a boutique beer whilst you decide what is for dinner.
As you will find the property is perfectly located regardless of what you want to do. With easy access to the Hunter Valley and surrounding historic towns, or the many attractions the region has to offer. All you must do is decide what to do next.

As the property is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the whole property. There are some cupboards which are locked and not for guests use in the entry way.
Other details to note
Unit is on the road side of the building complex and as outlined in the listing description does not have views of the harbour. The property has city views which you can see in the photos.
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap etc.) usually enough for a 2-night stay. Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
~Body Corporate By Laws~
Guests and guests visitors must acknowledge and follow the body corporate by-laws and house rules. Some by-law breaches result in fines from the body corporate which will be passed onto the guest.
