The Space:

Welcome to Homestead on Fennell — a spacious 1.5-acre retreat designed for larger families and groups seeking comfort, connection, and the laid-back Lake Macquarie lifestyle.



With room for up to 13 guests, the home offers 6 bedrooms, multiple living areas, and plenty of space to spread out. Enjoy long family meals, movie nights in the lounges, or quiet mornings on the verandah overlooking the trees. Kids have endless room to play, from the huge backyard and trampoline to exploring the gardens and collecting a few fresh eggs.



Outside, you’ll find open lawns perfect for picnics, games, or even intimate backyard wedding ceremonies. The property feels private and peaceful, yet you’re just minutes from Lake Macquarie’s foreshore, local cafés, boating spots, and only 25 minutes from the region’s beautiful beaches. Trinity Point Marina and its stunning waterfront restaurant are also an easy 25-minute drive away.

The creek and outdoor spaces are yours to explore and relax in. Our caretaker may stop by occasionally to tend to the property, but your privacy is always respected. If you’d like to know what fresh produce is available during your stay, just reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Beautiful house with plenty of space. The host was very friendly and communicative. The kids loved collecting the eggs. The Christmas tree was lovely. Would be happy to stay again :)
