A rear lounge with dedicated workspace also boasts a smart TV and doubles up as an extra bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed .
The spacious kitchen provides a dining table for those family get togethers at meal times. An array of integrated appliances is at your finger tips.
Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with a fabulous flat floor shower and a large bath.

At the rear of the property we have a large bedroom with twin single beds and then at the front we have the master bedroom with a fabulous super king bed. A smaller single room at the front of the house completes the sleeping quarters.
We provide permit parking on street for one car.
