“The rooms were spacious and impeccable. The games room in the basement was an immediate success for both my 7 and 2yo kids. A dream! Communication with our host was excellent. We all regretted not being able to stay for longer. We need to go back!”

“The perfect house! Scheduled a family get together for my 2 son’s family …11 of us. 6 children between ages 3-13 and 5 adults. First of all the communication with Jason was incredible. Prompt response for every message! The house was immaculate and above and beyond the description. So well appointed and arranged. 2 bunk rooms for the children and 3 bedrooms and baths for adults. “The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat. If the air conditioning was working it would’ve been really nice .”

“Our stay at the Timber Riverhouse was amazing! Vacations for us are all about the outdoors and this home did not disappoint. “We love this property for a family/friends vacation. It allows everyone to have their own bed/bath. The backyard has a fenced in area for our dog and multiple firepits (which we did not use this year due to the drought in the area). The property has seen recent upgrades/renovations which only enhanced our stay. Alex is very responsive to any questions of issues that might arise. We will definitely be back!”

“We spent two weeks in the cabin and had a wonderful time. The cabin was very comfortable and relaxing. The back yard and large deck made relaxing outdoors private. The cabin was clean and had the things we needed to enable our holiday to be fulfilled. Loved the backyard area, with the woods and fantastic fire pit. And being able to have our dog, Percy, with us made it even more enjoyable. We will definitely return again as we loved the cabin and the surrounding area and quaint towns.”

“Stayed here for a weekend with a family of 19. Everyone had a great time! Great onsite amenities and nearby places to explore. Loved that each room had a private bath as we had multiple families, some with little kids. I wish the kitchen area was bigger as we spent most of the time there, especially in the mornings making breakfast. Host was very responsive and accommodating!”

"Good location next to a creek in charming little Wilmington. But rooms are very small and basic. No glas, no bed table or bed lamp. Had to ask the downstair restaurant for WiFi access - but it didn’t reach up to the rooms. The downstairs restaurant seemed really nice but we came on a Sunday so there were no live music and it closed at 9 pm. Without breakfast included it wasn’t the best deal for us. "
