“I arrived at the hotel around 11am and did not expect to get a room until 3-4pm, but my room was ready so I could check in and get settled right away. Pendry also listened to my request of having a room on the higher floors and put me on floor 17. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, my stay was great and I cannot see myself choosing any other hotel if I go back to Newport Beach!”

“We booked 11 nights at this hotel. The thin inner curtains had a big hole, the sofa was stained and the whole room needed an updating. When we arrived on the Friday we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned every day, every second day or not at all. We decided every second day. On Saturday they cleaned the room, then nothing happened. Wednesday night my husband went down and asked them what was said on the computer about the cleaning and had it confirmed it should be every second day. Then on...

“The hotel itself was great: nice, new, clean, modern. The staff helpful and professional. But the hotel was overflowing with screaming pre-teen and teen-aged girls. The guests in the next room to our were having a party, yapping at the top of their voices and slamming doors at 11 pm and midnight. We will make it a point to avoid this hotel due to the kind of clientele it caters to.”
