West Newport (52nd to 74th) is home to many long term residents spending time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier/Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the West Newport Park you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms, Racketball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts.

Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
