“Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!”

“It's always so hard to find a place with dogs. This surpassed my expectations. House was clean, stocked with enough basics, check in process was seamless, and my two dogs were allowed. ”

“House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace was an extra nice touch. Location can’t be beat! I would stay again! Garage is actually a good size for two vehicles but a challenge comes into play because there are trash bins in the alley from the market. Without those trash bins you have plenty a room but since they’re there, one vehicle is probably ideal. One small thing to note (I didn’t rate down for) was the cleaning crew arriving after we were told we could check in early....

I mean, it's Newport Beach; that speaks for itself.
