PARKING:
- One garage space in single car garage; parking in or across the driveway is prohibited due to blocking the sidewalk
- Note: Street parking on Newport Island requires a special permit during the summer months. Do not park without a permit. Permit can be supplied with advanced notice from Beachview Realty.
- Visiting guests may need to park off the island, throughout the peninsula neighborhoods.

Only 5 blocks from the 38th Street beach/ocean - about a 6-minute walk (surfing, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy access to PCH and Freeways can take you to day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, LEGOLAND, and more! LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
