  • Om du någonsin har drömt om California Living ... Detta är det!!! Detta är det ultimata strandhuset med en exceptionell livsstil vid havet. Ligger på sanden i eftertraktade Newport Beach, med utsikt över havet av kraschar vågor, Catalina Island och Newport Beach Pier. Detta lyxiga hem är en magisk plats på en av de bästa platserna i södra Kalifornien.

    Den här egenskapen har nyligen smakfullt inredd i hela, inklusive högkvalitativa sängkläder och sängkläder.

We will be coming back to this house for its excellent location on the beach, away from the beach sidewalk and it’s just a walk to the shops and the pier. Gorgeous views from the master bedroom and the house. Gorgeous sunsets at the beach. And sleeping to sound of the ocean was peaceful and relaxing.

Fabulous location, spectacular views, beautifully kept beach just outside the patio, restaurants within walking distance and a small city park as well. House was tastefully decorated, well maintained and had everything we needed, especially loved and used the gas fire pit table at night.

PERFECT beach house for our family! We had a wonderful stay at this house right on the beach. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Host was welcoming and we had no issues during our entire stay. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

This house is so so so lovely. Perfect for two families to enjoy a lovely stay at the beach. We loved the house so much, and we would absolutely stay there again. Meanwhile, when we had questions, the owner was super responsive via text.We also liked that the house comes with lots of boogie boards and beach chairs, and the deck on the beach is just absolutely lovely! :)

Perfect home and location in Newport

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home. The house had everything we were looking for in a rental; garage parking, A/C, two master bedrooms and a location right on the sand. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

Best stay in Newport Beach

Have stayed here a few times and love it so much. House is fully loaded and everything was perfect. Had lots of home cooked meals and lots of options for take out. Best weather was a bonus.

Beautiful house located literally on the beach. Close to restaurants , coffee , market and shopping. House has a garage full of beach amenities and a kitchen that is well equipped with any appliance needed . Garage fit our suv which was a Nissan Armada. Lots of space and beautiful views with a well attentive owner who is quick to respond .

This home is so nicely appointed and the location could not be better, right on the sand and close to everything. Our host was so accommodating and hospitable, as well as very efficient with all of the information we required for the stay. I highly recommend!
