This charming fully updated duplex with a modern coastal feel features two separate homes with two full kitchens, two living areas, a large front patio and a private upstairs deck. Both units have A/C and together offer a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and parking for up to 5 cars.

    In both you'll find lots of natural light and charming board & batten walls throughout. The front beach cottage opens onto a large front patio with all new patio furniture in crisp black and white décor offering plenty of seating for relaxing after a fun beach day and then grilling up dinner for the whole family. Walk ½ block to catch the sunset on the beach each night. Inside you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms, a spacious renovated kitchen with built-in dining plus counter- top seating which opens onto the living room with tasteful coastal touches and a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Behind the cottage is the upstairs separate one bedroom, one bath retreat with it's own private deck with patio dining & BBQ, very spacious living/dining area, and fully updated kitchen and bath. Both units have living room and master bedrooms TV's and Queen sleeper sofas.

Good location if you want easy access to the beach. Nice size patio. AC works good. Garage spaces only work for small to medium size vehicles but the other 3 spots worked for our truck and larger SUV.

Checking in was a breeze. Kitchen was good other than the dishwasher not functioning but was fixed the second day there, a little annoyance but wasn’t bad.

Excellent location. Convenient parking. We had problems with getting into the house on the first night because of the wrong codes. It took over an hour to resolve the issue as the local manager was not readily available.

Decent house, nice proximity to the beach, some opportunities for improvement

This house is a great location and proximity to the beach. The parking availability is unheard of in the area, so that’s a plus! Here are the things to know before you book: There are ample beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels at the house. These items are not noted in the listing so we called twice prior our trip to ask if these things would be available. We were told the house did not have any of those items so we chose to drive instead of fly so we could bring our own. We were a little frustrated to find out we didn’t need to do that. We received no instructions for anything at the house. We received codes for the door and garage, but simply entering the code does not open the door. There’s a process that was not shared until we got there and called for assistance. The house has plenty of dishes and utensils but they were all dirty so we washed everything before we used it. The kitchen sink had a horrendous smell when we first arrived. We notified Vacasa, and then we used baking soda down the drain which helped, but didn’t completely resolve. The beds are fairly comfortable but the one in the master bedroom had a bit of an odor as well, so could probably stand to be replaced or at least cleaned.
