The best of Newport Beach is steps from your front door when you stay in the downstairs unit of this classic beach duplex. Your rental is only THREE HOUSES from the beach. Enjoy easy access to the soft sand and tame waves or spend an afternoon on the bayside of the peninsula at the beautiful Marina Park, where you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to explore the calm waters of the harbor before eating at the fabulous Lighthouse Cafe with panoramic bay views. Also, one block from your rental is the Newport Pier area, where coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints abound!

Other walkable/bikeable destinations include Lido Marina Village, the Fun Zone, the Balboa Pier, and Balboa Island, which are all must-visits! Iconic landmarks like the Dory Fleet Fish Market, Crab Cooker, and Spaghetti Factory are within a stone’s throw of your home as well.

Most notably, the interior of this downstairs unit has been outfitted for optimum guest convenience and authentic Newport charm, so you can drop your bags and dive straight into vacation. Good location. Property is dated.

Ideal location. But be aware that because of this property being older construction - The traffic noise from the road, and from the apartment upstairs, is LOUD. To that point - The people staying above us where stomping around at all hours of night. It sounded like someone was doing construction. I honestly have no idea what they could have been doing. The last night they were there, they apparently hosted a huge party. I finally contacted the host after 12:30am to complain. The party spilled out into the driveway between buildings and neighbors were yelling at kids to clear out. Kids were laughing at, and challenging neighbors. Even after the party (apparently) got broken up - People were stomping around all night. Anyway - The host can't control guest behavior, but there is a level of responsibility to rent to serious people.

Really great location for kids

The place looks just like the photos. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Host is very accommodating and responsive.The only thing we missed was not having a patio that looked at the ocean.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

The condo is exactly as described. The location is absolutely perfect!! We loved it. The pier and restaurants are just a block away, and the ocean is just down the street. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

Family Weekend

We have spent many stays in Newport Beach over the years. This year did not disappoint. We were staying with our adult children and one teenager and it was perfect. It was very clean and had ample bedding and linens for everyone. The location of this house could not have been better. We had a small issue with upstairs tennant and management solved it immediately. We woyld definitely stay here again!
