TOTAL REMODEL med AC - BIKES - GARAGE PARKERING - steg till sand!

Denna övervåningenhet var helt renoverad (inklusive nya fönster, isolering, tak, golv, takfönster, burkar, apparater, alla nya möbler, sängkläder mm ...) Det är en vacker och bekväm 4 sovrum / 2 badrum enhet med AC (ja ... du behöver det i Newport) med fjärrstart spis, lindas runt balkong med grill, platt-TV i varje rum - du aldrig vill lämna! Garage, strand leksaker, gratis tvätt, allt ingår och det enda en hus från sanden. Ingen går över hårt trafikerade gator med dina barn, etc .... Super enkelt, roligt och avkopplande! Denna sida av Newport är tystare och mer avkopplande men med enkel tillgång till piren (2 miles away - 6 minuter med cykel), gångavstånd till restauranger och lätt tillgång till Huntington Beach med bra shopping / restauranger.

Vi erbjuder allt inklusive cyklar, boogiebrädor, surfbrädor, vagnar för att dra saker till stranden, paraplyer, popuptält, massor av västar, sandleksaker, etc.

Vi lager också fullt ut köket med allt du behöver laga, inklusive en Mr. Kaffe 10 pott kaffebryggare och filter, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, gasugn / räckvidd, risugn / långsam spis, mixer, filtrerat vatten på diskbänken och kylskåp (is), etc.

Alla sängkläder inklusive sängkläder och badlakan tillhandahålls och det finns extras i garderoberna.

Clean, great location, great communication!

Super clean home. Loads of sheets, towels, and bath mats. Great location at the very north of Newport Beach. Maybe 20 steps to the sand. Bit of a walk on the sand to get to the water. Very well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and loads of cups and cooking utensils. Comfortable beds, nice bedding, etc. Great rental! Would 100% rent from Lisa again!

Newport Bliss in September

This was a perfect property for a family vacation and celebration of a milestone birthday. The bikes and boogie boards delighted the young adults while the quieter, clean beach spoke to the rest of the group. The house was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated a group of 8.

BEST BIRTHDAY

Seamless check-in process, LISA was very caring we had a late check-in and she was checking on us to see if we made it in. The property is beautiful maybe 15-20 steps to the beach. The bikes, boards, balls, games were extremally to nice to have we took a ride up to Balboa Island got some delicious ice cream and some drinks at the bar. The fireplace was probably my favorite part of the house, very relaxing everything I hoped for!

The best week ever!

We had an amazing time in Newport Beach and a huge part of that positive experience was the fantastic location of the house, which was so well equipped with everything we could possibly need (including for our kids ages 5, 5 and 9). We look forward to booking another stay here!

Perfect beach house

We were visiting from AZ and wanted a beach house near the beach. This was the perfect house. We were traveling with our young kids. The house had a wagon, beach toys, towels, bikes, chairs, and more!! The washer and dryer were very good quality and I loved doing laundry everyday. It was such a clean home. The sheets were so nice and we all had good nights sleep. We would definitely book this house again for our next beach trip. Thank you!!!!

Family Vacation

Ample beds for everyone to spread out for our family of 5. Short distance to beach. Used the bikes a ton to go to Balboa and Newport. Great communication with Lisa. Loved staying here.

Great house!

Enjoy our weekend at this lovely beach house. A group of seven college friends gathered together for a friend’s 50th bday and 30 years of friendship. Location is perfect, plenty of bikes, tires were pumped up, plenty of utensils, towels and blankets. Honestly everything was thought of. Thank you for such a great experience.

Perfect in every way

We stayed at this amazing property this summer. I tend to be very picky and can't say enough about the perfection of this home! To start, the host was always in contact and so friendly! Once we arrived, everything was beyond spotless, the kitchen was so well stocked, beds were really comfy, linen closets had shelves full of towels, and the garage was beyond loaded with every beach toy/accessory you could ever want! I still haven't gotten to the best part - the location. You walk out your door and are met with what feels like miles of open white sand. I can't imagine a better spot in Newport Beach. Each morning we would go to TidePooles (yummiest sandwich shop right across the way) to get food to go, load up the provided wagon with all the beach goodies from the garage, and go park ourselves in our spot for the day. This part of the beach was never crowded and had the cleanest white sand and blue surf. It really exceeded our expectations in every way and provided my family with the best memories!

MNO Newport Beach Edition

We, a group of 5 moms, came for a fun, relaxing beach weekend. The house was perfect for us - lots of shared space to spread out and still enjoy lively conversation - and enough beds for each of us to have our own sleeping space. The house is well appointed, inviting, clean and lovely. We had the best time hanging out, playing games, taking long walks and exploring. Lots of laughter and joy! Thank you!!!

Beyond Expectations!

We all thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property! Lisa has thought of everything you might need to relax, enjoy the beach - very short walk (chairs, towels, wetsuits, surf boards etc) and very comfortable beds! We were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was too. Our two families had a spectacular week, we hope to be back!!
