The private upstairs unit has been recently renovated and features 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms. Lower Unit:

Parking Details
Parking for 3 Vehicles included. (1) in garage and (2) in driveway.
-All vehicles parked in the driveway must NOT exceed 15 ft 4 inches in length. If the vehicle protrudes beyond the length of 15 ft 4 inches the city of Newport Beach parking division will issue a parking ticket which you will be responsible for.
