Being our first time in RI, its location gave us easy access to Middletown and Newport, as well as a 30-40 minute drive to the Providence area. We loved the seclusion the cottage offered. Enjoyed the back deck and outdoor shower everyday. Short drives to local beaches and the bird sanctuary.”

“Quaint little house in a quiet neighborhood just a quick 8-10 minute drive into Newport. Comfortable kitchen with whatever you need, open floor plan to family room couch and chairs. Perfect outdoor patio with lounge chairs and seating for 4. Would definitely book again”

“I stayed here with my family for two nights. The cottage was perfect for our party of four. Very clean. Parking at front door. Plenty of space to move around, as well as privacy if needed thanks to the two floors. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. It’s only 15 minutes to downtown Newport and nearby the beaches. The vineyard next door was a great place to grab a delicious bite to eat. Will definitely return!”

“We stayed for a week at Lori's cottage, which sits bordering a bird sanctuary. The cottage is exactly as described, and Lori, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She provided suggestions for the local area, greeted us with cut flowers, and was very responsive to any questions. She was the perfect host. “We loved this house inside and out. We liked how nicely decorated it is throughout and the big comfortable living room. No TV in that room, but we didn't find that to be a bad thing. Plus there's a monster-sized TV in the den. The king bed in the master bedroom was SUPER comfy. Loved the view of the fields out back from the bedrooms and windows by the kitchen table too. “This property was perfectly located for our holiday weekend stay. There was plenty of room to be comfortable and have good access in the kitchen to do some cooking. It was in close proximity to other family who we could meet up with, and close to the shops, restaurants, and beach.”

“Really cute cottage right by 1st beach. But please note, there’s no AC in the actual house just in the bedrooms and they do not cool the whole house down so we ended up staying in our bedrooms most of the time when home. Also no dishwasher. But they do have a really cute backyard and right near the beach!”
