“Beautifully kept property, inside and out, with views of the Smokies that were unparalleled anywhere else we’ve stayed in the past. The host was very accommodating and friendly, and our family of 4 enjoyed the peace and quiet offered here. I loved the German aesthetic in the cabin, and we all enjoyed the outdoor space the gazebo offered as well. Be prepared to trek up some unpaved roads to get back to the cabin, but it’s well worth it! ”

“There is good cell service but no wifi. Also no microwave, so plan ahead for that. The grill in the pictures is not the one on site. More like a park picnic grill without a lid. Otherwise clean and cozy. Communication with host was quick and helpful. We had a 4WD truck and I couldnt imagine bringing my coupe here. Roads are a little rough. But we had a good time. Recommend fox and hounds restaurant for dinner and drinks! ”

“Overall, the hosts were communicative and accommodating. The listing is a bit misleading, as it did say 2 bedrooms, but there is just a sleeper futon in the living area and an upstairs bedroom loft. The listing should also say 1.5 baths since the upstairs one just has a toilet and sink. The road up the mountain is ROUGH if you're pregnant just a heads up for future passengers.”

“We had a great weekend stay in the Fountain side A-Frame! Check-in was very easy, and our cabin was very clean with all the basic amenities. We loved exploring the property, especially all the games in the main barn and hanging out with the animals (the cats were so friendly too!). Perfect as a getaway to relax, and as an option if you're spending time in the Smokies or Cherokee National Forest. ”
