“Let me start off by saying that we had a great stay. It was very easy to get to Sunday River to ski all four days that we were there. That being said there are a few things that I feel others on VRBO should know. First, you are booking a townhouse that is part of the Bethel Resort and Suites. The location on the map is not the location of the unit. Check in is at the hotel front desk, which is getting a facelift, and the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a pet policy...

“Everything was excellent. Close proximity to the mountains. Host couldn't have been more accommodating. ”

“Overall, the yurt was located near town and the ski areas.The biggest complaint was the neighbors. Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Would love to explore the trails and more around Bethel. Building and bathhouse are nicely done. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim.”

“The house was not in the condition shown in the pictures. It was dirty with rodent droppings near the pantry, there were dirty dog foo bowls in the kitchen and the plants were mostly dead. There are also trailers in the front yard that are not shown in the oictures.”

“Our stay was short because we only needed rest for the night. However, check in process was super simple. This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in. ”
