Porch was beautiful, BOTH toilets light up (I guess as night lights?), hosts were prompt, property was clean, and there was very clear signage everywhere you might want clear signage (house rules, hand soap vs dish soap, etc). “Lovely home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I enjoyed morning walks along the beach and strolling through the neighborhood. Very close to the university and good restaurants. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed.”
