“Great overall experience ”

“VERY clean room & breakfast area! Staff was great! EXCEPT when I went to check out, there was NO ONE at the Front Desk or in the Office for about 15 minutes. I needed a *printed* receipt, but was unable to obtain one at this time, because I had an appointment to be at. I had to phone in later in the day and have them e-mail me one. ”

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”

“Weird. Inhospitable. Check in strange. Room wasn’t great. Sleep was not great. The wi-fi cut out very often. One do the worst wifis i’ve had at hotels. And although the checkout staff was kind and offering something for the inconvenience it just didn’t feel right. Shower smelled something. Asked for a cleaning but came back to the room uncleaned. They tried to offer coffee upon checkout but it was tasting almost regular. Something wrong. No idea. Area was not pleasant to me. Not walking or...

“Great stay! The hotel bar was excellent, especially the bartender Jonathan! Makes the perfect cocktails. ”

“House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue.”
