“the shower door did not close and they did send someone to fix it, it was better but not completely fixed. Also, because the hotel was next to the highway, in the evening the noises were very loud. I think the glass windows must be made sound proof since they have remodeled the hotel. the staff were friendly, I did not take a look at the gym but I am sure it was nice. and the hotel remodeling and furnishing was very nice and pretty and luxe. did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot...

“We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. “The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”
