“I am going to file a complaint against hotel.com and give this hotel terrible review because I paid for the room with the intention of using it, my husband arrived and the hotel refused to host my husband because they said they were not welling to host guests because of their renovation. I wasn’t informed before arriving and when I asked for refund, the hotel said that they have not received any payment from hotel.com and I should contact hote.com for my refund. “Very charming small hotel with a lovely pool. The location is great for exploring the northern part of Dakar and only 10 minutes walk from Ngor beach + modern art museum around the corner. Their mosquito net had some holes in it but we pointed it out and they fixed it immediately. Btw always check with reception how much a taxi should cost to a certain destination and then be ready to negotiate a lot with the taxi drivers :/”
