“Let me start with WE DIDN’T even stay at the property as it “dead bug” infested!!! The fact that this house is even listed on VRBO is shameful. We booked to stay in February for a fun ski weekend with our kids and it was not CLEAN. We have pictures to prove that there is NO WAY that this owner had been at the house to clean it before we arrived which is unacceptable (ie. “I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.”
