“We were checking in late past the time of staff being there they had us all set up and ready to go with just a phone call to get all of our information. The staff on the phone was very helpful.The room was cute and cosy very clean. We had coffee and breakfast at the Kent lounge both mornings it was delicious. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again.”

“The room was clean and building was quiet. Not many amenities available. Advertised breakfast included. No breakfast. Is off the main path from Niagara Falls. Halfway between Niagara Falls and Old Heritage Town.”

“Trish was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The table was set for royalty. The ambiance was charming. On the outside patio one could view birds, chickens and flowers. This was truly a great extra special place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It adds to the charm of Niagara on the lake with the beautiful Ravine winery within walking distance.”

“The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member.”

“Upon entering I thought the hotel was new but I was wrong. It was built 8 years ago . The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccable- clean and spacious . Everything looked new . Obviously maintenance is high on the staff’s list . All amenities were clean & open. Breakfasts were good and varied- we stayed 3 nights. There was ample free parking. All in all I enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to people who decide to visit the Niagara Falls...
