“friendly staff; clean room”

“Rent och fräscht, hyfsad frukost för att vara Kalifornien enda missen var en pool där det flöt omkring löv. Tyst i rummet för att vara så nära en större väg.”

“It is an old hotel with lots of charm (on the outside). The lobby falls a little flat and could use a little more character and tbh... it smelled unpleasant! The room was very nice and looked as expected as shown in the photos. The king bed was very nice and comfortable, however the pillows were not - they went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. I think an addition of a desk would go a long way. The walls are thin so I heard our very loud neighbors talking on the phone 11pm at night....

“No towels. No soap. No shampoo. Nothing. Had to go down to office several times to ask the very friendly and helpful staff member for items. Bathroom was very dirty. Brown stuff all over the walls, that comes right off with a damp towel. Hair all over the beds. Shower was completely filled with dirt and sand. Also, only a tiny fraction of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival. Had to ask staff for that as well. For what I paid, it was more money than it’s worth. Very saddened that I had to...

“There was no breakfast as advertised. Front desk arez was filty. Junk all over, no where to even sit down. Stairwells were littered with crap. Rooms had no paper cups,tissues. Shower head was ready to fall off. This place should not be on Exoedia. Bathroom fan was extremely loud ”
