"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from the train station and also close to the airport. The service was excellent, and the staff were very respectful, friendly, and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Othman and Mr. Kamal, who were extremely polite and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a good variety of choices. There is also free parking available very close to the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to all the staff for their excellent hospitality and service!"

"Absolut ett hotell som passar oss. Fantastiskt läge. Nära till restauranger, matmarknaden, Rhenfloden och fina butiker. Personalen serverar cappuccino/espresso till de som önskar till frukost. Avstår man städning på sitt rum, får man istället en voucher på valfri dryck från deras bar. Fin foajé. Absolut inte sista gången vi nattar över på Ruby."

"A very nice hotel in a central location. The facilities are not quite new, however we had a good experience. The best of all was the personnel that really gave us excellent service, from Zenaida at the front desk to her colleague that showed us maps and wrote recommendations, to the people at the breakfast room. Really nice! The breakfast was complete and fresh! On the other hand, it was very hot in the room and opening the window meant also having a lot of noise. We got a fan but our room was huge. This would be something to improve in the future. Thanks!"
